The Album comes in a plain white gatefold outer jacket. The taped on title page is missing. The inner sleeves are generic white with die cut centers. The labels are a dark teal color. Side 4 label is misprinted as Side 2. Side 4 of the album has no runout numbers. Music grooves run to the label. This release is said to have been recorded on June 26, 1970
